Induction Brazing and Soldering

-

During induction brazing and soldering the workpiece pairs are heated to the soldering temperature using induction heating, and then bound together by the solder that has been applied either before or during the heating. The technology is suitable for both soldering and brazing.

-

Characteristics of the technology:

  • We design each inductor individually for the induction heating equipment we manufacture. These inductors heat the workpiece pairs with high power density, in a controlled and homogenous manner, so that even the soldering of parts with complex geometries can be performed quickly and in a stable manner.
  • The control unit of our equipment ensures the intelligent adaptation of the preset heating recipes for each soldering, thus compensating for the production variance of the workpiece pairs and solders and other changing conditions. It is possible to control the equipment based on time / current / power / energy amount / temperature.
  • Thanks to the features above, the heating of the workpiece pairs with high repeatability is ensured, thus almost eliminating production errors.
  • Our equipment is designed with a built-in shielding gas control system. When using a shielding gas atmosphere, the oxidation of the workpiece pairs and the solder can be greatly reduced, thus improving the strength and aesthetic of the final product.
  • Using the built-in workpiece cooling control system, the soldered workpieces can be cooled and rinsed automatically.
  • Our equipment is able to transmit the measured and set parameters of each soldering process for logging purposes with an autonomous measuring system, thus enabling the tracking of the soldered workpieces by serial number.
