A fast, economical, surface quality-preserving process for heating metal parts prior to forging. The inductor heats the part of the workpiece, which results in its strength characteristics becoming suitable for forging.

Characteristics of the technology:
- This technology gives well-defined, reproducible results. It can be easily integrated into an automated production process, is more energy efficient and environmentally friendly compared to traditional processes.
- We set the frequency of our generators in a range that ensures homogeneous, adequate heating of the workpiece, so that forging can be performed in excellent quality after the heating.
- Continuous and individual heating processes can be developed with our equipment, which, in addition to heating also includes automated manipulation of the workpiece.
- The heating chamber can be designed for heating in a protective gas atmosphere, thus significantly reducing or eliminating the oxidation of the workpieces.
- The control unit of our equipment ensures continuous, intelligent adaptation of the preset heating parameters, thus compensating for the production variance of the workpieces and other changing conditions. It is possible to control the equipment by time / current / power / energy amount / temperature.
- The excellent efficiency of our generators ensures low specific electricity consumption. The power and consumption meter functions provide continuous feedback to the operator.
- Our equipment is able to transmit the measured and set parameters of each heating process for logging purposes with an autonomous measuring system, thus enabling the tracking of the heated workpieces by lot number.
